In your project, import all audio and video clips.

Check to see if your audio clips are mono or stereo and modify them, if necessary. To do so, highlight the audio clips, right click and select "Modify Clip." Then in the Audio Channels tab, change the Preset and/or the Source Channels to match your audio files.

Next, highlight all of your un-synced audio and video files, right-click them and select create Multi-camera Source Sequence.

In the window, select Audio for your Synchronize Point and match the settings below:

Anything Premiere is able to sync, will become a Processed Clip, which is like a nested clip. You can open these clips to see what they look like in their sequences.

Now you can lay out the Processed clips and delete any black space where there is audio but no video. This is your simplified SYNC sequence.

TO MATCH FRAME - you must match frame twice, once to get to the Processed Clip's sequence, and once to get to the actual source clip.
